Confused!!!!

I am an MBA HR and Finance Graduate, currently working as a Business Development executive for 10 months. I am thinking about changing my job from BDE to HR. And I am confused about searching for jobs. I also have plans to do a Data analytics course . 1, Should I continue to do BDE? Does this field have growth ? 2, should I search for a HR job? Does this field have growth for males? 3, should I go learn Data analytics course? Does this have any opportunity for working abroad? It would be great if anyone with experience could mentor or give advice for this dilemma of mine .. thank you in advance.

Aren't there enough HR's users on grapevine? I hardly see you folks responding to queries?

Most of the queries asked here should be sorted easily if an HR can respond with their insights, but i rarely see any HR participating in discussions, maybe we don't have that many HR's here ? Or maybe you folks want to stay the same as you are on the job, totally useless.
