Confused, please help

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out for advice on a challenging situation I'm facing regarding my employment bond. Here's what happened: During my college placement, I was selected by a company for a developer role with a promised CTC of 3 LPA. Two days later, I was called to their office where the HR informed me that the CTC was "up to" 3 LPA, not exactly 3 LPA. Despite this, I accepted the offer and signed a bond for two years (including a six-month internship), also providing a cheque for 1 Lac as a security deposit. Now, as my internship is nearing completion, there's a final review meeting scheduled where they will restructure the CTC. During my internship, I learned from existing employees that the company is notorious for poor salary growth and minimal hikes. I feel trapped by the "up to" scheme and am worried about my future with this company. I'm seeking advice on how to navigate this situation and, if possible, save my 1 Lac cheque. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

I am currently doing an SDE Internship in one of the startups in gurugram. Initially I was given a 6 month intern + full time offer, all went well, but in the last month this company is revoking full time offers of some interns and extending the intern offer to 3-4 months. What should I do in this case ? I am literally scared right now?

I recently completed my MBA from one of a premier B School, and I am a fresher,was placed in a fintech company and was supposed to join them previous month. They are doing layoff and has extended our joining with no guarantee as of now. Hi all, I am a 2023 ECE graduate from one of the top engineering colleges of Delhi. I had already been a part of the rat race once and didn't wanna join it again for coding jobs, so I took my chance & started looking for non tech jobs.  In my second year of engineering, I worked with a NGO for their Marketing and PR Relations. After that, I worked for a startup and handled all their backend operations. Just after completing my final year exams, I joined the core strategy department of a unicorn for a 3-month internship+PPO offer as a Strategy Analyst, but due to funding crunch, the CTC after PPO is gonna be 4 times less than than what it could have been, my manager already had discussions with HR regarding pay but in the name of cost cutting & winter coming to the startup world, everything's a fail,  I was going to stay and take a pay cut as I liked my work, my colleagues were helpful and there was a lot to learn, but everyone advised me not to take a pay cut as then I would face difficulties with a pay hike. Now I have completed my 3-month internship and am looking out for new roles. I am open to roles like Program Manager, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst.

Hello everyone, So I am an ML intern and a 2024 cs graduate, I have been doing internships since 3rd year of my engineering and right now I am interning at an startup since 1 year and I don't have any full time offer as of now and the startup where I am interning is also not talking about full time offer, so what should I do now, ask for increment in stipend, ask for full time offer(talked to them in December, HR told will see when in April may, when we will raise funding, he also added "consider that you will not get" but I still kept interning) or keep applying at other places?

My offer (from a FAANG company) has been deferred to January 2024. I don't know what to do now: 1) I have another job offer (~8 LPA), but that job requires me to serve notice period of 2-3 months 2) A startup's founder rejected me, saying he wanted someone for long term (he thought I'll leave next January) Should I try for full time jobs? Many companies become unwilling to take me in, presuming that I will leave in January 2024. Or should I look for internships (even though I have graduated)? Getting an internship won't help mitigate the risk of not having a fulltime job offer after graduation though.

I am Interning at a very early stage startup in the Growth Team. My stipend is ₹15,000 p/m and the work is decent - community mgmt, content, product gamification & market research. It’s a pre-seed startup so sometimes I feel lack of resources are putting a cap on my abilities to execute. Though, the founder has assured that we’re close to raising pre seed. I am pretty good friends with the Founder and I’ve met him a few times. Now, coming to the main part of problem - I casually applied for an Internship in a early stage startup but the team is sorted. They have funds and their founding team is super experienced. Stipend offered is 2x of what I’m getting. I was wondering If I should opt for that? Or, keep my head down and work for the same startup, ignoring the money aspect? Pls lmk folks.

I am a 2023 graduate and I have joined the company in 2022 as Software Development Intern. I have completed my internship and working as a full time. The environment of the company is very toxic and there is too much politics (even in getting user stories). I want to switch company so badly, but i don't know why I am not getting interview calls and revert back from any company. I daily apply for atleast 2-3 companies, I have good profile on leetcode, good projects. Can someone please guide me what should I do to make a switch.

Hello everyone, I am an ML Engineer Intern and have been doing full time internship since past 1.5 years, will be completing one year in June at current company, so the thing is I will be graduating in 10 days and the company is still not talking about PPO, so what should I do now? I don't have another offer as I did not sit for on campus placement because no good companies were coming and I am earning more or approximately equal to most of the companies paying for full time in college. Now I am a bit scared as I will be graduating and still don't have a full time offer, I am the guy in college where everyone used to tell that I will grab the highest package and here I am in this uncertainty whether I will get full time offer from current company or not. I have worked very hard, even worked late nights and even on weekends and still they are bot talking about PPO and I am applying off campus but there are not many openings for freshers or 2024 graduate even though I have more practical knowledge and skills, so what should I do now, continue as an intern till I get full time or what should I do? I know Python, ML, DL, NLP, tensorflow, pytorch, django, javascript, GO, Docker, linux and I am a very good learner too. So if anyone of you can help then it will be good, I have posted before also on this platform but have not received any help, though got couple of referral but they were of other profile or required more experience and hence got rejected without even an OA. So please refer me or give advice what should I do next?
