Dont think you can directly pay the bill from another credit card but you can probably use mobikwik to do so, add money to wallet from credit card then transfer the amt to bank. You'll have to pay a fee for credit to wallet txn

I have checked while adding Rs. 950 to the wallet there are no charges, is there any restriction over adding money to the wallet? Any idea?

Earlier Paytm had an option to add the money in wallet and then pay off the bills or swipe to your account and then pay off the bills Is there any other wallet category like Paytm?
