Culture at Cred
How's the culture in Cred? Especially in Product/Data teams? And where are they from layoff standpoint?
Can someone tell me what the culture at Cred is like? I have gotten an offer from Kuvera, but even though the offer letter mentions Kuvera, they have been acquired by Cred and have officially moved to Cred office as well. Most of the ex employees of Kuvera I’ve spoken to, have told me to not join it. But at the same time, there are people who have been working there for 3-5 years. I’m not sure if them moving to Cred is going to have any impact on their culture yet, and if I should even bother.
All I know, is, that the money I’m being paid is definitely not worth it if the culture is as Ex-employees are saying.
I also don’t have a lot of offers on hand, so there’s that as well.
I have until Thursday to make my decision, any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you!
Very few companies in India have better culture than CRED.
What team if you can tell?
Product management, I’ll be joining(if I do) as a Sr. PM
If you’re joining Kuvera, I’d say NO. Someone I know was told by the employee who was taking his exit that he was transitioning out due to the extreme mental stress the company puts on its Product team. The engineering manager is a POS, and the CEO isn’t really better.

Asking to check whether there are any cons of joining CRED, if there is a good offer.
Given the current funding winter and companies are now chasing profitability metrics, how is CRED’s future looking given they are more focused on experience and experience and there doesn’t seem to be a big monetisation play and more gim...
