Honestly speaking, it's very high paced growth start-up so there is lot work pressure, especially in Tech, Design team. PM keep giving your unnecessary projects that doesn't make sense. But there are some good things job security is good. Quite and runway for more than 10yrs. Founders doesn't waste money on unnecessary hiring and other fancy stuff. And it's doing well in terms number and targets

Currently, I have one offer of 18 LPA (15 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable Pay), and my date of joining (DOJ) is 14th August. I have already accepted this offer. However, today, I received a call from Meesho HR, offering to pay 30% more than my earlier offer. The process involves four rounds. Given that I have only 10 days left until my DOJ, I am feeling confused about how to proceed. What should be my ideal approach in this situation?

What is up with rude people in cars24 ?

Had a query, went to a tech lead and boom, That haryanvi tau went bonkers on me, talked to me in a typical haryanvi accent, told me untidy the very clean code that I wrote using some design pattern that I learned in my previous company, because they apparently follow no conventions, so no new practice is welcome here, went on to mansplain me a hypothetical scenario where my method won't work. Ok bro, These kinds of people in tech are scum on the face of earth, don't wanna grow and won't let anyone else grow and learn. Disappointed high time by joining cars24, folks if you are reading this, please use cars24 only for offer shopping and never ever join this filthy place.
