Culture at Spinny?
I am exploring a role at Spinny. How is the overall culture and business? I have seen few recent exits at leadership level so want to be cautious.
I don't which team you're joining, when I was at Spinny at least my team culture was really good
How is it at Refyne?
Honestly speaking, it's very high paced growth start-up so there is lot work pressure, especially in Tech, Design team. PM keep giving your unnecessary projects that doesn't make sense. But there are some good things job security is good. Quite and runway for more than 10yrs. Founders doesn't waste money on unnecessary hiring and other fancy stuff. And it's doing well in terms number and targets
Join and get first hand experience. ☺️
They wasted my time by taking asking bullshit question in interview. Don’t join . You have to work on Saturday Sunday sometime
