How to get OA questions of companies, which they asked in other college ?

You will solve all questions in OA, yet still have to depend on luck to get the interview call. Someone who doesn't know how to traverse an array cracks 12 lpa. Some girls enjoy 3 years of B. Tech, no skills, no internships, no GitHub, no experience yet still crack 12+ lpa, yet hardworking girls who grind straight for 3 years won't even get shortlisted for OA. You drop a hall of shame interview, yet there is still a chance that you might get the offer. Randomly shortlisting students for OA. Nowadays some companies are asking DP/graph/tree questions in OA for a 4/8 lpa packages??!!!!! Some companies prefer incompetent female candidates over skilled male/female candidates, and the list goes on. It feels like 70% Luck and 30% hard work and skill. Why is it like that??? What actually happens behind the scenes amongst the interviewers and peeps from the HR department?? How do you actually end up choosing someone with 0 skills and 0 experience over a skilled and experienced candidate??

Microsoft now hires from tier 2&3 colleges in bulk. Is the compensation at par with software dev roles at other firms? Also what is the growth there?

Cheating happening in a lot of online assessments. I'm a 2024 graduate and I've worked very hard. I've a consistent streak of 390+ days on leetcode. I'm proficient at CS fundamentals. I have knowledge of web, restAPI and ML. Recently a company visited (startup). It was offered 20L CTC for associate software engineer role. This company conducted OA in 4 batches and all batches had same qn. I'm tye only guy who got shortlisted from batch 1 and rest of the batch guys cheated and shortlisted. In the interview they rejected me for not knowing system design. I then messaged the founder of the company about cheating in exam and how crappy their system was. He didn't care. He replied saying that he already knows. Idk where the hell our world is going with such founders. For him it's about his company. For me it's about my job and hardwork. Is there anything I could do about this? And the guy who got selected cheated in OA and he was in the 3rd batch.

A month ago, a well-known company visited one of my friend's universities for an on-campus placement drive. They set the eligibility criteria very high to filter out students. However, they conducted all 3-4 rounds online, and as tech students, we all know how easy it is to find ways to cheat in such situations. Consequently, some undeserving students got placed. Believe me, they are students who don't even know basic fundamentals and programming syntax properly.

Recently, I was talking with one of my friend who shared this interesting thing with me. He has seen few of his juniors(from CS background ) struggling to clear campus placement tests. Majority of them fail during the coding round and a few in aptitude. Cheating is quite common during campus placements is what he shared. He has also seen non CS/ECE/IT background folks pulling some tricks during this time and are somehow able to clear the test. No idea how they do it without getting caught. But the biggest question I had was, how are CS folks not aware of such thing? and what are those tricks/methods/art they let's you do it so smoothly???
