Heavenly, when i realise the alternative is being broke on the road.
Lets not get carried away by comparing ourselves to the westerners and their way of life. We are no way close to it and we are not in the path towards it. We are hugely populated country with majority in the working age and a trading economy where one can be trained on the job.
Ours being a copy cat / trading business economy, the impact of AI would be limited to scaring employees to work longer hours with lesser pay. Thats if AI works as intended.
If Ai turns out to be Y2K, then they will use the failure of AI to scare employees to work longer for lesser pay. stating how there is significant drop in business due to failure of AI.
