Dealing with f**ktard managers, need lawyers input if possible

Hi Guys, I need advice on something, In a service company, I was moved to a client project and it's a big application, it'll take time for me to understand but the managers are living in a fantasy world where they are expecting me to understand and start fixing bugs and delivery super early because they have very strict deadlines with the client. Client is also aggressive. I'll do my very best but my 2 questions are 1. I'm not able to deliver even after doing my best, If they lay me off because of performance, can these managers do something with my offer letter, like not giving it or writing something wrong in the relieving letter which might cause issues in background verification, if I maintain good behaviour at least. 2. How do you guys handle such retards when they are pushing down on you, how do you reply to them when they are pinging you with nonsense.

Throughout your career this is constant - unrealistic deadlines, managers pinging asking for updates etc. don't ruin your mental health, personal life, with frustration and anger. Just accept it's a fact of life, learn the skill of managing and navigating through this situation. Put yourself in their shoes, they are trying to do their best to manage client's expectations. You do your best to manage your Manager's expectations. Seek support if you're feeling overwhelmed.and take care

I needed a lawyer's opinion because I want to understand from a legal standpoint what the management or company can do with my relieving letter. They are not listening and deadlines are not realistic for me since I'm new and it's a big project. I'll be doing my working hours properly and maintain good behaviour but if that's not enough and they decide to lay me off, can they write something on my relieving letter or not give it to me, which may cause issues in background verification? As per my understanding as long as there is no fraud and disciplinary action, the relieving letter is given and nothing bad is mentioned.

No they won't do generally. What I am trying to say is this type of things generally won't make it to legal from corporate stand point
