I think you should be able to find a similar CTC role or more in Indian startups with your years of experience (PS. No context of worked background, education etc.) 
  
 Roles might not have much of a W-L balance and stability though (compared to UK for sure).

A friend of mine is looking to move into product management/Founder’s office roles. He has around 6 years of work experience in operations management but had to leave the job because of personal reasons and after that break he picked up Sales Lead job. The job doesn’t pay much and he isn’t enjoying either. He is not able to find good operations and supply chain roles in India either.

Indian. I am a SDE (backend) currently. ~2 yrs exp. 16 LPA and I work 40-50 hrs a week. I like where I am, but I am not feeling the zeal for tech anymore. Probably will do a MBA down the line (thinking abroad, not sure)
