Do u share at your company that you do freelanceling?

Hello, I started working as SDE at a regular tech firm a few months back. Prior to that I wanted to get into freelancing, even did a few projects. In the offer letter it's clearly stated that "shouldn't have any other interest in business" and talking around looks like they probably don't want us to have any other sources of income. I feel confident in few skills that I can more on side, (not greedy need more financial stability) My Questions [1] Freelance platforms (fiver, upwork, etc) ask for pan, is it okay if I give my friends/family pan ? [2] Should I register for a LLP on their name, use that pan everywhere and run the business myself ? [3] Is it good idea to run it under an alias ? Any advice / insight / experience would be highly appreciated 🙏

Hi everyone , I want to know if there are any freelancers out there or have knowledge of it ? I want to start freelancing and made an account on fiverr and upwork but I don’t know to start initially. Also, would leaving the job in the long run be fruitful for the sake feelancing as I see a lot of people make a lot more than corporate job. Don't tell me the Upwork or Fiverr because they are more crowded or tell me any other platform or any resource where you get good results for finding the freelancing projects.

Hey folks, I want to dip my hand in freelancing. My job is quite laid back and i have a lot of free time. I have been grinding leetcode in my free time but I'm bored of it. So, I decided why not use this to expand my real working knowledge and earn some side income too. Any experienced freelance person, please guide on how to start and where to.
