New guy in team, no intro, he got my creds. 📊 Reporting shifted to HR, no work assigned, sensed possible layoff. 🚫 No communication, red flag, forced office visit despite injury. 💰 Salary received, PF deducted, no passbook data, doubtful deposit. 🔄 Y offered better opportunity, hid X on resume, got and accepted offer. ❓ Should I have told Y about X? Concerned: 1. Tell now, they may understand or revoke. 2. Keep quiet, can they find out later via background check? 🤷‍♂️ Policies differ, but it's about people, not policies—understand or do shit. Im from TCS , I got an offer letter today from citibank for the role of analyst My question is I'm currently on bench, so if I put my papers tomorrow , will I be asked to serve the 90 days notice period or will I be given an early release , They want me to join in 30 - 45 days . So I'm looking for a early release...who should I mail this about , the HR or The RMG Someone please clarify...

Hi Guys, I need advice on something, In a service company, I was moved to a client project and it's a big application, it'll take time for me to understand but the managers are living in a fantasy world where they are expecting me to understand and start fixing bugs and delivery super early because they have very strict deadlines with the client. Client is also aggressive. I'll do my very best but my 2 questions are 1. I'm not able to deliver even after doing my best, If they lay me off because of performance, can these managers do something with my offer letter, like not giving it or writing something wrong in the relieving letter which might cause issues in background verification, if I maintain good behaviour at least. 2. How do you guys handle such retards when they are pushing down on you, how do you reply to them when they are pinging you with nonsense.

Hey All, I’m going to have meeting with HR regarding PIP next week. There I need to take decision whether I have to resign and take 4 months pay or whether I have to go with PIP plan and perform certain tasks for 2 months what they will decide and evaluate. I’m a bit confused what option should I need to opt. I’m looking for jobs but didn’t receive any calls till now but I’m actively applying. From many people I’ve heard that in PIP they are giving hard to achieve tasks and pressurising to resign else if got fail in PIP, they will terminate and will give termination letter instead of relieving letter. What option should I opt , considering all the possibilities and current market situation? P.S - I have 2 YOE in front end development Suggestions from experience would be highly appreciated and can help me.
