Do you think this product with USP would work?
Everyone has problem with palm oil, still less brands are targeting this problem, almost all the chips has palm oil like lays, uncle chips even Pringles etc , IN US and Europe they can't use this oil. Or is the taste so addictive that nobody would change

I still don't think people at scale look at ingredients in India. They know palm oil is bad but they just don't look at ingredients while buying. I started looking at it after getting into health and gym. People have just started getting health conscious but the market is not huge atm. Largely India is still price sensitive.

This is something i call second degree problems. The results of which don't show up in any visible manner. The won't get that much attention in my opinion because of that reason.
Palm oil is not banned in the US or EU. It's health effects are debatable. It gets bad rep due to extensive deforestation and forced labour and not due to it being a bad oil
