I’m currently attending interviews. I’m a little worried because Groww is the only Softbank Vision fund invested companies that hasn’t conducted layoffs so far in India. I’m concerned if they might layoff employees soon.

How are things at Flipkart? Can someone from within the company share what's happening right now? Are they actually prepping for an IPO this time around or is is just for news as it has been for many years? The stock is, I understand right now at the lowest possible point without being delisted and it doesn’t look like it will go up any time soon. What’s the sentiment/morale like internally? There was rumoured to be a share buy back at some point. Is that happening?

Reasons
Very poor management, aggressive hiring, creating business that does not exist,  downfall of business.

Compensation -

Asked people to resign & said to serve notice 90 days.
No additional support or benefit.

TLDR from article: 
- 5K+ investor-partners have not received their  instalments from Growpital
- The headcount has reduced from 100+ to less than five, the website is shut down
- Besides running the CIS scheme ‘illegally’, Growpital is also said to have fake projections 

But adding some more info:
- A friend had met Growpital when they were raising a round. Everywhere in the media, Vineet Gupta's name is mentioned. But Prashant Pitti was the pitching founder at the time.
- There was a report that one of the Tier 1 VCs had even funded them, but never came in the news, maybe deal fell through
- Now very conveniently, none of this is shared by media as context. Just strange.

Growpital (An Agri-Fintech startup) is under SEBI probe. But nowhere has the media caught that Prashant Pitti (EaseMyTrip) was the co-founder here. Lack of info, or paid off?

In last 6-8 months there has been lot of layoffs and many startup getting scrutinised due to funding etc..

But I can’t see Oyo name anywhere… Not much layoffs or nothing on their crunch.

Are they doing good or successful?
