Don't feel like working in tech anymore

I'm 24 and currently working in a startup as a software engineer. I just don't feel like working in tech anymore. The work I do is interesting and challenging, the workload is decent, not very high, workplace is nice, pay is great, but I still don't feel like working in tech anymore. I have a huge responsibility here(I basically lead tech here) and I feel like I don't do enough justice to it and I'm not competent enough to hold such a responsibility as yet, especially because we're scaling very well business-wise and have a big user base now. Due to this feeling, my contributions have also gone down off-late. Initially I used to work a lot and do whatever's required as it should be in a startup environment, but I feel like that spirit too is dying slowly. I keep thinking about starting a business(non-tech) but I have no experience there, so I'm a bit afraid there too. I have decent savings(~70L) but it's not sufficient enough that I can take a retirement. And I also feel I'm too young to even think about quitting an industry altogether. Should I just push through for a few more years and see where it goes? Has anyone been in the same boat where you wanted to quit tech? What did you do then?
