ESG Roles Salary

Interviewing for AuctusESG, anybody has worked there or any give guidance on the company culture, compensation/ any red flags? They have a few roles open, this will be a exploratory conversation for fit. I want to transition to ESG, current work ex: 1.5 years at a startup in Bengaluru working as engagement & culture associate manager. Want to get out of HR!
