Hi folks, I have got offer from both Accenture and EY GDS. I have accepted the offer from Accenture but haven't accepted the EY offer yet as they provided it last week. EY have just matched the Accenture offer that also with fixed compensation showing no exact ctc. I am a little confused if I should accept the offer from EY as well.

Note - 1. Both have the same location.
2. same compensation 
3. Both low balled me

My tech stack is python having overall 6.2 yoe. I still have 2 months left for my notice period to end but confused on should I accept EY offer as well.
Please suggest. Thanks 🙏

I am currently working in Deloitte USI. Here I need to work for 13-14 hours everyday minimum. I have received an offer from EY around 35% hike. I’ve heard that the work culture of EY is even worse. But anyhow if I have to work for 13-14 hours a day, the why not for a better salary? Can you all please advise?

EY CTC - 31LPA (no variable pay) - they want me to join on almost the same CTC.

Should I join EY GDS?

Folks from Accenture and EY GDS please let me know which position will be better senior consultant 2 at EY GDS or SDE Lead at Accenture in terms of career growth and compensation in future. 

Both offering same compensation and same location

Accenture - 14.35 fixed and 0 to 27 percent variable 
EY GDS - 14.50 fixed and 10 percent variable

I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?
