Lot of employees feel like working in other companies just for the experience and learning Ex: Zomato for a PM, CRED for designer and Razorpay for SDE Similarly companies want people with a particular skill like brand marketing, growth, retention etc. Also, companies sometimes are stuck with processes that are no longer relevant. This program might help people and companies get different perspective Can companies tie up to offer something like this for an employee. I feel this will make things lot more interesting. Ex: Designer from CRED in exchange of Strategy advisor from Flipkart while the same existing salary is paid by original employee This might boost start up ecosystem Pros: Understanding companies working style Offloading redundant but skilled employees and bringing in people with certain skill Share knowledge and learn Cons: Poaching Would like to hear your thoughts
