Entrepreneur to Corporate employee.

Maybe it’s just a bad month for me but I am genuinely considering whether I want to continue working in Startup’s after 4 years of chaos.(Mostly Product Management) Has anyone here made the transition to a corporate role? How was it better/worse? 🤕

Hi everyone, I want to understand from the community that what are your reasons of pivoting from corporate to startups. Please describes about the thoughts, confusion that one goes through in order to make this understand.

Every third corporate person I talk to wants to switch to entrepreneurship and do Dhandha. 1. What could be the reason? 2. And what could be stopping them? 3. How to decide if you should switch or not?

As I'm entering a new stage of life, I'm starting to reevaluate my career priorities. In my 20s, I was all about climbing the ladder and chasing prestige. Now, I'm more focused on finding work that aligns with my values and allows for a balanced lifestyle. Have any of you gone through a similar shift? How did it change your career trajectory? And how do you define success for yourself now versus when you first started out?

I recently started interviewing after a period of about 5 years and I am very surprised about the change in the way interviews are conducted these days. I have now interviewed for few companies like Sitetracker, Avance Clinical, Iron Mountain and expedite commerce and each organisation had their first round as a fit check round which i’m unable to clear. Can you guys share some tips around it.
