Never understood the logic of complaining over food in a hotel. Just don't go there next time. Why are Indians hell bent on giving feedback and correcting things?.

no.no.. beating is always bad. Should be condemned. No argument in that.
Just surprised about our mentality where we complain about a business service. Those suits in the company are paid to improve things. stop giving business to it. As customer we should not go about complaining to improve their service , especially to hotel industry. There are plenty of choices for us. Change them that's what I meant
