Have been using dark mode since I am on the platform but I haven't found any areas which need improvement so far. 
  
 Will be looking forward to seeing what are the improvement areas which people think can be made in the app.

I really like grapevine but I mostly surf it on the web, so I just wanted to share few points that would enhance the experience.

1. Dark mode 
2. Make the post open in new tab( i can't see "open in a new tab" option on right click)
3. Get rid of the get the grapevine component on the right side, it can take a small space on the top right or bottom right, it doesn't have to take so much space IMO.

These are all the changes that I would like to see, i just felt it'd be more visible here rather than on google play review

For some reason it's light mode for me 😅 I usually prefer dark mode for every app that I have but for Grapevine light mode feels much better. I don't know why 🤔

- More ‘grapes’ use case? (Debatable)
- Actual spacing between lines for separate paragraphs, new statements in comments. 
- The ‘replies notifications’ to your post should redirect to the comment not to the post, we end up to have to scroll to find the same comment.
- The ability to re - edit the ‘community tab’ on a post when selected wrong.

More Feeds: 
Now you can browse 4 different feeds from the filter menu on the TOP LEFT of the app:

- Popular (Recommended)
- Recent
- Top of the Week (New)
- Top of the Month (New)

Comment Peaker: 
Many threads on Grapevine get busy with sometimes 25+ comments. Now when replying to comments - the new peak feature helps you see the comment in context as you are replying (so you don't have to relocate the comment you are replying to as you type)

Improved Design for large devices: 
We realized Grapevine kinda sucked on large phone screens. We redesigned and fixed this

I want to recommend that the Grapevine team create a student-specific division similar to Misc, Confessions, Fitness, etc. This would allow students on the platform to discuss various topics and gain valuable insights. How can I make this suggestion, or please do it if you can.

A few updates from the Grapevine team:

Bookmarks
Bookmarks are now available across every post on Grapevine. Add a bookmark and read the post later in your 'profile' page within the app. Profile page is available in the Hamburger menu (☰) from the top left

Sort comments
You can now sort comments by popular, newest first and oldest first across all posts on Grapevine

Undefined error/bug
We are still working on fixing the 'Undefined' error that many of you are facing. We are trying our best to fix it. But in the short term, we've seen that the bug gets solved if you uninstall and then install the app again. We know this sucks, and we're really sorry

P.S you may also have seen a Blue tick mark on my profile. Something exciting coming soon. But please don't worry, unlike other platforms it won’t be paid here :)

Grapevine update: Bookmarks, Comments and more

Hey folks, we’ve made tonnes of new changes to Grapevine: 

1. A new look for Grapevine
2. A refreshed app logo 
3. Link-type posts now look better 
4. Image type posts now look smaller and cleaner
5. Lots of new algorithm changes that hopefully send ‘better’ posts to you 
6. Lots of new Private Company Communities (more on this soon)
7. Lots of bug fixes
