( I'm a 26 yro guy who got into Audit role in a startup from college placement in 2023.
Now i have chronic anxiety/fear that if i don't get into a financial role this year, I will be stuck in the audit field, which doesn't have any growth unless i do CA or CPA .)

I joined this job 3 months back. Things haven't been good. Part of the problem is that the people I am reporting into have little to no experience in the segment they are entering into and are not willing to listen to someone who has worked in this segment for 15+ years.

I am a little bemused.... I don't really need the job. But the money is nice.....

Hi all! I have 16 years of work ex in Corporate sales and currently working in a leading indian Fintech from last 9 years. I am feeling stuck here with no visibility of growth or even sense of  job security. I didn't take risks in my career  as I am sole bread earner for my family but it was biggest risk I guess I took. Plz suggest me what all I should do to find good opportunities in terms of growth and  job stability. I am introspecting and would really appreciate your valuable feedbacks.

Need serious help

I have tried developing strategies, brainstorming solutions, worried to core leading to breakdowns 
While collegeaues from IIT/IIM earning double, don't know basic shit
I have understood there's no point putting that extra effort.
How do I act dumb on purpose? I'm not someone who can stretch work, result and speed are inherent and this is why need advice here.

P.S. company is citing funding winter for no appraisals this year

I just cant handle the pressure and the stress in this role. I am working so hard that I have ZERO work life balance.  The entire day just goes in meetings and meetings.  I think that I don't know anything and am extremely worried about my future. 

The work pressure is a lot here, deadlines are too tight and I have been vomiting from stress at night.
The worst part is, Deloitte never pays for over time.

Anyone else feeling this in other Big4s? I want to switch ASAP or I will die here.

I feel like I have failed in life by joining Deloitte. Anyone else feel this way in Big4?

I'm incredibly frustrated with LinkedIn's job application process. It seems like the job tab never works effectively, and I wonder if others share my experience. Despite applying to jobs using the "Easy Apply" and directly on company websites with a well-crafted resume and complete information, I've never received a response.

I question the authenticity of these job postings and whether HR professionals actually review the applications. If they do, what is their process? How do they sift through the numerous applications? It feels like my efforts are in vain, and the lack of feedback is disheartening.

Graduated from NMIMS in 2023- BSc Finance. Interned at some marquee IB firms and startups. 

Working at an NBFC in an MD's office role- Strategy Consultant since then.

Having done multiple projects for the company, I now want to switch to a consulting company where I can have a more diversified set of projects. 

But the market being the way it is, I'm not able to find reasonably good opportunities on LinkedIn. 

How do I go about the whole thing then? Would be grateful for any suggestion or referrals.
