Employees @Flipkart are set to receive a one-time cash payout from a $700 Mn employee stock option plan (ESOP) buyback.
It was reported that 30k employees will benefit from it, but 200mil of sorts will go to 30 odd early employees. So only them mostly, rest will get peanuts.
As per reports it's just 20% of their vested + unvested shares. So not much. Chill out
