In brief- Very ambiguously choosen. Multiple reasons at play so far it looks - primarily cost, other one is trying to flatten the hierarchy quite implicit, cutting roles of pure people management & no ground impact at all, etc AMA

There have been so many openings lately and I have applied to a bunch with product team referrals but haven't heard from them even once. (Ex-Unicorn PM with 2.5+ yrs experience applying for PM - 1 / APM -2 roles)

Just got a call from HR at Meesho for a job opportunity. While I'm actively looking out I haven't heard the best about the company. Any current, ex folks who can tell what's the culture and current business health like? How's the WLB? And job security? I got the call for the superstore biz.

Today there was a startup that raised $300 million dollars. I have never seen people around me use this product. Even when I go to my native villages and tier 3 towns no one I have heard uses this product. Are these guys faking metrics to please investors or is there any genuine customer base?

I know this might be a one off, but even if they are close to profitable/break even quarters, this can become a strong business
