Founder vs CEO
If you are opening another mom n pop store, you are CEO of the company Founders are one whose product is a new addition to the market, they FOUND something NEW Every other person, registering a company calls themselves a Founder. Bro you run Google ads, there are lakhs who do the same.

1. Founding member is the first group/member to join founder in building the company. Founder/s are ones who come up with the product or service idea
2. CEO is head of company who reports to Board.
Technically all head of company should be termed as CEO, founders who run ads agency aren't finding anything new. That's what I meant
If someone OPENS a mom n pop store, then can be a founder too. I know the difference but I am referring your example here.
