Founders in today's era
Founders be sharing quotes about life, learning and all sorts of things on social media, but when you see them in real, you'll get a clear sense of ego, pride and "I know it all" vibe, so clear in the way they talk. Please be a human first, founder second. "Leadership is a potent combination of strategy and character. But if you must be without one, be without the strategy." Norman Schwarzkopf

I'm not a founder but sometimes I empathize with founders who NEED to have this air about them because otherwise their peers and people they do business with don't take them seriously. Like "Oh, so and so gave you advice that made you change your mind? You must not be that good at making decisions in this regard then."
It seems like business people don't respect and respond appropriately to leaders who are not pig-headed and set in their way. It becomes difficult for them to take advice and to not exhibit 100% confidence. This is more true for startup founders who have VC as bosses and they need to justify their every single fucking move to the VCs.
