- Jaipur-based D2C men’s grooming brand Menhood is set to go public with an NSE Emerge listing.
- The IPO will open on July 16 and close on July 19, with a price band of INR 71-75 per share.
- Menhood aims to raise INR 19.5 Cr at the upper end of the price band, offering 25,95,200 equity shares.
- Proceeds will be used to expand product offerings and enhance operational capabilities.
- Menhood will be the third new-age startup to list on NSE Emerge this year, following TAC Infosec and Trust Fintech.

- Invesco valued its 28,844 shares of Swiggy at $219.2 Mn as of April 2024, translating to a $12.3 Bn valuation for the foodtech company.
- Pine Labs' valuation was pegged at $3.5 Bn at the end of April 2024, down from $3.8 Bn in January 2024.
- The valuation cuts come as Swiggy prepares for its $1.25 Bn IPO, having filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI.
- Despite the cuts, Swiggy's latest valuation is still 15% higher than its $10.7 Bn valuation during its $700 Mn decacorn round in 2022.
- The valuation adjustments follow a period of funding challenges and losses for Indian unicorns, though investor sentiment has recently improved.

Invesco Marks Down Valuations Of IPO-Bound Swiggy, Pine Labs

- The labour ministry announced that Paytm will not recover the joining bonus from a former employee and will pay the notice period payment.
- This decision followed a meeting between Paytm representatives and the regional labour commissioner in Bengaluru.
- The resolution came after multiple ex-employees alleged forced termination and sought reinstatement.
- Paytm attributed recent layoffs to AI-led automation, aiming for significant cost savings.
- The company has faced regulatory challenges and financial losses, with its stock down over 25% year-to-date.

Hey everyone, I was currently interning in Growth at a fintech YC startup. I want to switch roles to founder’s office intern or PM intern. Any leads would be great. 

About me: 
I am in my 8th Sem of B.Tech from a tier 2 college. I have built a startup from college, incorporated the entity, got in incubated by Microsoft and took it to shark tank Indian season 2 finals. But we couldn’t raise funds.

(This pic is just a reference, my query is a bit generic)

I usually see founders make loud claims of their company/brand as baby but when it comes to team shoots, they make everyone else wear the brand but keep themselves far away from it. 

I understand, they want to create the employee-employer difference (against family narrative) but to me it's a bit strange. Any explanations, sharing on this?

Hi, what are some average salary of CPO, Head of Product, SVP of Product at mid to late stage startups? I understand it will be a mix of cash + equity. What are those levels?

Salary of CPO, SVP product

Stuck at scaling phase of my startup. Need funds, looking to aquire through PMEGP. But banks keep asking for collateral, even though the plan implemented by the government says non collateral loans. Last financial year we have done a revenue of 35 Lakhs. 
If we can find funding I am sure I can scale it up really good. Tried other laons as well. We are a completely bootstrapped startup since the beginning. All and any help is much appreciated. Dedicated my life towards this business since 4 years. And we have all the required govt registrations.
