My younger brother is a 2022 engineering passed out. He got placed at Atos in 2022 via college placement. He waited for almost a year for them to call but they never did. And they dropped a bomb saying his offer was rescinded. He did a 2 month internship at a small consulatancy startup and he is constantly trying to get a job but no one wants to hire a fresher. Also, being a graduate from Tier 2 institution is not helping either. Appreciate, if anyone could share any open opportunities for SDE which would accept freshers. He's open to work in Bangalore or Chennai or anywhere in TN. Kindly comment if you have any info available. I will DM you to get more details. Thanks in advance. Appreciate the help.

As a fresher entering corporate life, what advices would you like to give

Hi everyone, I recently graduated in June 2024 with a B.Sc. in Computer Science. I got placed on-campus as an AI Evaluator with a salary of 4.2 LPA in Gurgaon. The title sounds fancy, but in reality, I mostly write prompts and create screen recordings to train models. I've always wanted to get into a developer job, but it was tough due to my degree. Recently, I received an offer from a small startup as a frontend developer for 3.6 LPA. I need some advice on whether I should leave my current organization for this opportunity.

The title says it all. What are the things that a college graduate (to-be), must research before applying for companies. I'd appreciate a detailed answer that covers all aspects that an average Indian is concerned about. Please talk about product vs service based companies, pros and cons in each (from your experience), salaries, work life, growth potential, etc. Thank you!

I recently joined this company as a data analyst and I came to know from my friend who was also interviewing for the same role that my manager wasn't happy with my pace and wanted some candidates with better knowledge of coding however I had informed them in my interview that I am a beginner and don't have enough experience. I am really worried as I am also in my probation period, also my other colleague wasn't happy with my work, I had to do that again and again. Any suggestions or tips??
