GMail vs XMail
Email is easy to replace.
All the tooling/ automation/3rd party app support isn't.
That's why it's super hard to replace Gmail and outlook even if they are bloated and annoying

Gmail also has better acceptability all across, don't know the tech term but light years ahead of whatever shit Outlook and Yahoo are
