Giving interviews in office like a PRO

developers in my team are giving 1 hr interviews so swiftly while being on office. As most of my experiences are from home, how do you guys manage giving interviews from office? Spell out some tricks and process 😬

  1. Try to schedule evening interviews, post 5pm

  2. Book a meeting room which is secluded and small, so folks feel it’s focus work time

  3. I try to use noise cancelling earphones, so that I don’t get bothered by anyone around

  4. Ofc book the slot on your calendar so that no one else disturbs you. Esp if you’ve an annoying manager
