Good offer? Need opinions, thanks!

Hi, I have an offer from Company A and my joining date is in next 2 weeks. But just last friday i got another offer from Company B with much higher salary than A. But I have interest to work on Company A. Do you think I could negotiate with Company A so close to the joining? Has anyone done it before and what was your result? I'm worried if they may rescind the offer if I asked. Appreciate if anyone could shed some light on how to approach this. Thanks.

Hey Folks, I hope you all are doing extremely well. Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. Is it good offer or should I check for more companies? I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not? I have 5 YOE in Android with product based companies. current compensation 18.5 fixed 2 variable 4 ESOPs. I just got an offer for 24 fixed, 1 Joining Bonus after 3 months. What do you guys think of it? I'm trying for more offers right now. what do you guys think of the offer, should I take up, should I reject? My expectations were atleast 27 fixed.

I got offered a position in Adobe as an Architect YOE 12 33 base + bonus 5L bonus. RSU - 50K USD across 4 years PF etc - 2.5L Am I being lowballed? My current CTC is 29.3L with 32% variable on top of it. I tried negotiating but with no luck, RSU was increased from 40K to 50K as a result of that.

I am a fresher software engineer. I was an intern at a series A startup and they have offered me a pre-placement offer. This is the breakup(Yearly): Basic - 6L HRA - 2.4L Special allowance - 1.9L Food allowance - 26.4K Professional pursuit - 60K Internet - 12K Half yearly bonus - 50K PF contribution - 2K Total CTC - 12.5L Apart from this, I've also been allocated 1000 ESOPs Is there any scope of negotiation here? If yes, how do I go about it? Any advice/guidance would be very helpful!

A family member of mine is attending an interview with Google Bangalore for the role of Product Support Manager. Not sure what level the role is but it is a mid-senior role and she has 10 years of experience. The thing is, the recruiter never asked her current salary and expectations during the screening. He just went ahead and scheduled the first round. So, my cousin is wondering if after she goes through all rounds, then they might hear her TC and reject her in the end (as her current TC is very high). My question, will Google India provide a base higher than what she is already getting? And how much can she ask for? Her current TC: 40 LPA (base) Startup ESOPs: worth 45 lakhs She works as a Manager here. If she clears all rounds, will google provide her a salary higher than this current base? Or is she just wasting her time since the recruiter won't go higher than 40lpa? After clearing all rounds, she was hoping to ask for Base: 50 LPA RSUs: $50,000 Appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Hi everyone recently got job offer. And here is the what I'm getting. Is it good. Job role : SDE1 Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps CCTC: 6.5 all fixed Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus Is it worth it. I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed. How to negotiate for that. It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb. I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+ CF : 1450+ Please share your view. I have total of 3.6 years of experience all as Data Engineer. 2.3 working at Sigmoid and 1.3 with Flipkart. I got promoted at both the organisation, means I am a high performing talent. I am getting 50L as a CTC from Flipkart, 21.5 is fixed, 2.15 is annual bonus and rest other are ESOP spreaded over 4 years. Flipkart is currently operating in hybrid model which means I had to shift to Bangalore this December. In my new role at a startup which is acquired by Course Hero is offering 70l; 32l as fixed, 3.2l as annual bonus and rest other as RSUs spreaded over 4 years. It is work from anywhere. Looking at the current market trend and my previous history, should I be little more greedy.
