Google APM 2024 India role, Ghosted by recruiter

Hey, So I completed my prelims round @google , cleared it completed 3/5 and its been almost 10 days - haven't heard back from my recruiter. I have just one point of contact, so feeling kinda helpless as to whom I can reach out to. Like i followed up thrice now over a period of one week - very respectfully. I mean its my dream role and honestly, every day not getting any response is honestly painful - even If I didn't make it - At least I should hear back right? and I understand the number of applications must be extremely high - but still the process should be somewhat smooth right? Its Google after all. Any suggestions on how to tackle the above situation?

Hi all, I am trying to get into google as a Product Analyst and there’s an active role at Google I applied and also reached out to the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me he’s getting my application routed to him but then he ghosted me It’s been over a month. Should I assume a rejection? I don’t know what’s the status of my application #Google #ProductAnalyst

Can anybody working at Google India, throw some light on what’s happening with Hiring. Seeing some posts related to layoff, people interviewing, people getting ghosted by recruiters after interviews. I’ve seen few people waiting for their interview feedback for few weeks after completing their all interview rounds. Is google going to stop hiring or there are too many candidates applying? Any insights would be helpful. Thanks

I am a '21 graduate from a Tier 1 college (old IIT) and have had short stints as product manager at a couple of startups. About a year back, I decided to startup but after a few months, realized that startup idea wasn't worth pursuing. Researched around a few startup ideas and finally landed upon a good one in D2C space. But the problem is financing. I don't have much saving and friends / family network wouldn't be able to finance this. I really want to pursue this idea but finance is becoming a hindrance. So started looking for job opportunities about 3 months back. I have been exploring work opportunities in product / founder office / EIR roles or other generalist role. Job hunt process has been frustrating to say the least. Getting very few calls. In most cases, people are ghosting after couple of rounds of interview or assignment. In some cases, after getting through 2-3 rounds, I got to know that opening has been closed temporarily. Most HRs don't even have the decency to give feedback. I don't intend to work in job for long anyway. As soon as I have the job, I plan to start working on my business idea and quit as soon as I have enough financial leeway. How should I go about job hunt process? I have been trying to connect with folks on LinkedIn in whose company job openings are there. Apart from this, I have been connecting with founders from recently funded startups. Naukri / Instahyre and IIM Jobs are other portals I have been looking on. Anything I should do differently here? Looking forward to hearing your suggestions / experience.

Is it possible to get call from google And they ask you for interview date and send you link for applying and then they stop replying to your linkedin and mails? Even if recruiter had told you that you can contact them in non working hours as well.

I am done with all technical rounds but HR is taking too long to respond with the results. It has been 2 weeks. What to do?

I gave an interview in google for the Test lead position in the last week of May and completed three rounds of the interview, But I didn't get any feedback from the recruiter. When I try to call the recruiter she is not responding. Is this expected?

I applied to google apm program 2024 with referral during 1st week of december no response since then should i assume it as a rejection? (i have a prior product intern exp on my resume)
