Lol! The support team of Grapevine does not respond at all. It's been 2 weeks. :D So, I could not think of any other way than post here.

How many people do they have? Why even have support email ids if they cannot afford to give "attention"?
Company size mentions 2-10 ppl. I am just saying that there is no separate support team.
