Id love to see Grapevine create a catalogue of Grapevine approved verified anonymous accounts of detailed employee accounts of how good or terrible a company is. Think The Ken but filled with employee reports. But the style of writing leaning on the casual office gossip side. And the content saved in an archive and searchable. The biggest problem of course would be getting people to verify their identity to a Grapevine mod or writer may be tough. Me personally, I’d love to talk to some writer about my experience at my previous businesses. So many scoops and insane stories!

Also, small feature request: Whenever someone is posting about a company, allow them to tag the company in question. Then allow people to easily look for all posts that have said company tagged.
Will be a lot better than Glassdoor someday to understand the inner workings of companies when people are deciding to join or external publications are looking for info.

Interesting point. But I’d say No. That would make them a publication like the Ken which creates risks. Probably better to have just a bunch of verified employee accounts and an AI Summary of the same.
Reaching out to companies for response risks unnecessary legal hassles by becoming a publication (hence scratch out the part where I said “writer” in the original post).
