You are highly underpaid. I got around 90 percent hike last year with 6 YOE ( current TC 78)

@BossySnug81 also how did you convince for 90% hike. It is obviously beyond market standard, almost double of what you were earning

I had another offer with GS at 55 percent hike so they naturally offered a higher CTC. I guess I got lucky on this one since I didn’t have to do any negotiation 😄

Where can I go from here? 25 is 66% hike, difficult to get in India

In the current market, it might be tough. Prepare a list of target companies based on profiles you like, company health etc. Do some upskilling, network more and try to get a referral.
