I used to have a diners black since forever and I wanted to upgrade to Infinia. RMs are mostly useless. I chased my RM for a month but he wasn’t helpful at all. Eventually I sent out credit card upgrade form to Chennai office(I think they have the back office there) and within 2 weeks I got a brand new Infinia.

Hdfc Infinia : Does hdfc provide this card Life time free
My branch manager says, I can get it and she can try to waive this as long as she is in Hdfc, but will not commit it as LTF. Should i take this card ?
