Had anyone pre ordered sony xm5 earbuds on Amazon??
Sometime in September when the new generation was launched in had pre ordered these Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds then it was delayed, I kinda forgot about it until it was delivered this week now that I checked it, according to the offer they was supposed to bundle a free Bluetooth speaker if pre-order but I didn't receive any additional gift. amazon is not helping in this matter, they're saying we've correctly delivered the item order, while on the details page it still mentioned get the speaker free. I'm feeling somewhat cheated, just wanted to has similar incident happened with anyone of you guys, how to deal with it apart from ignoring the gift. 😅
Even I as principal never pre ordered any digital software games etc.
After this incident I'm never gonna pre order hardware stuff also, however lucrative the offer is 🥲

Don't leave it, raise a complaint with Amazon. Spam the shit out of the CEO 's mailbox, Twitter, email the India head. Escalate the shit out of this
Collect evidence of the free bluetooth speaker offer, and then log an online complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in
I've got all my issues resolved when I logged a complaint here, so it does work. Though you'll need to be patient and persistent. Corporates don't give a f* unless there is a very real threat of repercussions for their action.
Update:
After emailing cs-reply also did not work so I called the amazon business cs number and they connected to the offers handling team.
The guy was helpful, the searched by order id checked email then tell the offer has been delayed, for free gift they'll roll out coupon code by email to place a new order and redeem the free speaker and I've additionally got some pay balance to my wallet, for not cancelling the order even after they delayed this.
So far I'm believing it'll be a positive outcome,
