Happy women’s day to all the women whose manager is posting on Linkedin about how proud they are that their team comprises of x% women but pay them less than their male peers! Cheers! 🍺

What new and unique women's day initiatives have you seen in your company?

- Already empowered women who take undue advantage and enjoy benefits of being born as a woman. - Pseudo feminists who claim to champion the so-called issues of women. - Undeserving women who hold high positions in their organizations by virtue of diversity quota surpassing ‘deserving men’. - Married women that gain mileage at work by weaving false narratives of being tortured by their in-laws. - Women that indulge in gossip at work to show a bad light of their male colleagues.

Or do you sincerely believe in having off-days on birthdays? Do employers judge us for having our day to ourselves?

Please highlight few amazing female tech leaders (Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, CTOs etc.) that you know of. Not sure if it's my ignorance or lack of connections but I genuinely don't know any good/famous female tech leaders. PS: If you need a reference, have a look at the guest list of "Scaler Podcast", all of them are male tech leaders. I'm looking for female tech leaders of that level.
