Have nobroker PMs ever used their own services?
I took a plan with nobroker. I'm all in for the problem they are trying to solve. But if I created such product I would shoot myself in the head. 1. You get 100 calls in a day. 2. Nobody is coordinated with some other representative. You have to tell the same thing to every rep 3. Nobody has expertise in area/rents/localities/amenities At this point I feel every rep picks up any number in the database just to show their manager that they are on calls. How has no Product manager ever picked up on this problem and tried solving using basic tech!!!!!!!! I'm planning to send requests to nobroker PMs and once accepted I'm gonna rant to them on messages. What say?

What was the utility back when it worked well, and why did it suddenly go down south?

Nobroker shadow bans your property if you don't pick up their calls and hear about their services. Even if you tell them you have already spoken to a relationship manager or decline their paid service.

It's absolutely worst and pathetic.
I had opted for their service when I was shifting from one city to another and finding a place in the new city.
They kept saying they are going to visit but on the day of visit they just marked the properties as already taken by someone else.
So I travelled on a weekend to finalize at least one property but their representatives kept stalling me by giving one or another excuse.
I reached one-two properties by myself at the appointment time and when I called the representative they just said this property is not available anymore.
When I went back post weekend, the same cycle continued marking property as taken just at the appointment time/day.
Ultimately and fortunately I found a good property via a broker in a timely manner.
So never ever go for their plans as a tenant for sure; unless you want to waste your hard earned money.
