Was seriously considering it but decided against it. Goa has no public transport and the taxi mafia is horrible if they think you're an "outsider". So unless youre also ready to invest in your own car, it doesn't make sense

• Lights went off during peak summer for 9 hours, the inverter stopped working.
• Garbage collection is not available outside Panaji and Margao
• Internet speeds are absolute rubbish
• They close down network during storms
• Medicine shops are not open 24*7
