Hdfc bank hiring freeze
Hi everyone, recently i interviewed for a product position in hdfc bank. I did well and was asked to submit documents for offer release. Everything was going fine. But, a couple of days later, I was told that there's a hiring freeze in hdfc. Can someone confirm this? Thanks in advance.

Its certainly possible they are in a freeze. IMO you should continue to stay in touch with the HR there and ask to get in as soon as the freeze is over

Hmm why would HDFC be on a freeze. That would be very strange.
I see people on LinkedIn putting up recent job openings at HDFC. Possible that this is for a specific role that you applied for or the HR was not being honest.
I don’t think there is any hiring freeze as we recently hired few people in our team and will be hiring more in coming months. I would say keep in touch with the HR.

Currently appraisal process is going on due to which they might have delayed the hiring process . Mostly by June end you’ll get an update. Also with the 30 day NP , people are expected to leave .
It's true. After the merger, HDFC & HDFC Bank, they've realized that they are over staffed, and they won't ask anyone to leave. When the annual appraisal news comes out (<30 days to go) they are hoping that people will move out on their own with poor appraisals. Hence the move of reducing notice period from 90 days to 30 days, making exit smoother and faster. If you are keen to wait though, then you should, but if you have anything better suggest that you move on

आखिर कब hdfc की hirring unfridge होगी ??? मेरा केवल offer letter आना बाकी था। ???😥
Same with me, they told me as soon as the freeze remove they'll send me my offer letter. And one week before they send me a declaration and undertaking form to fill by mail. So, I thought may be the freeze removed but, may be it isn't yet. It's frustrating actually, waiting for two month.

Now freeze remove in RBB department....another department in hdfc hiring hold...
I have been uploaded documents 1 month above yet waiting for offer letter...

Hey! I am also facing the same situation. I am in touch with my HR but he is only saying one thing that we don’t have any idea when the hiring will start and so we cannot comment on that. Have you got any leads?
Nothing as of now. They are saying freeze might be lifted soon but aren't sure when exactly. I think mostly by June end. Let's see
Okay! But the problem is they’re not even committing whether they’ll send the offer letter even after ending hiring freeze.

Even me also in same situation.. I have uploaded all documents in HDFC candidate portal 2 months but didn't receive any provisional offer .. I used ask HR what happened..she told me like PB AUTHOR roles hiring in hold .. in this any one selected for PB AUTHOR please let me know
Same Situation with me. I had submitted all the documents but still no reply from HR. She told me that They are Still Discussing Budget with MD, after the approval from MD they will start releasing our Offer letters.
