This demand is fairly similar to wanting to marry a rich guy. It looks nice from the outside but until you get together, you won't know how the insides of a relationship with such a guy looks.

Btw, it is an old choice not only nowadays thing. I know many female acquaintances ‘only’ had one preference for marriage - guy with >6ft height.
If they know what they want, so be it. Once they struggle to find someone and as years go by, their expectations might trim down or even they do an arrange marriage.
