Hey everyone, I feel I have a mental health issue. where do I find a good quality therapist, it's so difficult to figure out.

Can anyone recommend a good psychologist in Gurugram?

I have been dealing with some mental issues lately and thought i should consult a therapist. Looked for some over practo but nit sure how ro select one. I not a very open person and it will take a lot of courage to talk to someone so asking the grape community for help if you know any therapist who helped you and you would like to recommend.

Extremely burned out. Feel very low and out. Would like to have some help now. Been thinking about getting some help for a while to get out of the loop. Any suggestions on who’d be a good therapist to reach out in Bangalore would be really helpful. TIA.

Hey guys, Waa going through some severe anxiety issues which always leads me into negative thinking spiral and some past issues. Could you guys recommend me a therapist which you feel has been extremely helpful for you? I would prefer only online mode for sessions.

Having a lot of stress and anxiety in life currently (see company name). What are some good options for therapy in Bangalore or online. Have tried rocket health but somehow it's not clicking. A few years back I used cult fit but they no longer do therapy it seems.

I haven't been doing mentally well since I don't know when. I've been extremely self critical about myself to the extent that it has negatively affected my relationship with loved ones. I think I have ADHD as I strongly feel I have the symptoms that are described in YouTube or in any article online. To make matters worse, I am not doing well in terms of my career, my finances have taken a hit, have gained 12+ kilos since a year, unable to focus on work and upskilling and I have anger issues. I am 30 YO and I feel my life is turning into a disaster. Can someone please recommend therapists in Bangalore to whom I can talk face to face? I sometimes feel I'm seeking sympathy but in reality, I just need help. There is a lot of guilt, regret and self hatred rooted deep inside me which has wrecked my confidence, self love, compassion which has started to affect others. So if you guys know anyone, please let me know.

Work/Life/Play/Sleep whatever. Noticing a massive improvement in sleep quality after getting all black sun blocking curtains. Especially considering the stress from work that is making me die on the inside, getting some sleep is a respite.
