Any suggestions on what kind of degrees are rewarding after 2-3 years of work-ex as a software developer? I'm inclined to transition to product management roles. It seems that for MiM/MaM 0-2 yrs are ideal, for MBA >4 yrs.
I would suggest go where you feel the inclination. Check all different programs, some international MBA programs allow 2-yrs work ex as well. A good list can be -

Assuming 2-3YOE is not enough for an MBA. There are niche degrees like MSPM but they are very new. MIS seems like CS lite + slightly worse outcomes.
