Hiring at Meesho
Hiring for 3 Associate Manager (AM) roles in my span at Meesho. The problem statements are in the Engagement charter, i.e., what can we do to keep users coming back to the app, discover relevant products, and drive purchase behaviour. 30% of the role is Strategy (user research to identify problems, analysis to validate) and 70% is Ops (design experiments, measure progress, align stakeholders, deliver impact). The ideal candidate has 2 years of B2C start-up experience after UG, ideally in a growth role. Location: Bangalore (3 days in office / week) The hiring process is 3 interviews and an assignment. We're using the assignment to shortlist. We're accepting applications till 19th March, shortlisting till 22nd March, and interviewing till end-March.
