Hows the job security at MSCI India, ESG division. I am evaluating an opportunity and need inputs as many online posts and reviews mention a major concern about job security and their hire and fire policy. Does MSCI do a regular rigorous firing every year? Is job security actually a major concern?

I am interested in LLM's, ML and Data science. But via my college intern and getting a pre placement offer, i got placed in a big MNC as a Data Analyst. The role offered to me in my internship focused on automation that i found interesting but the job as a full time was offered to me in a very different team, and it ONLY uses SQL and Excel. On asking my manager if there are any Data science or modeling tasks i was said this team only uses sql and excel. My base pay is 18Lpa and i want to switch at someplace doing some Data science with a similarish payscale. If anyone has some referral or leads kindly DM. I'll share my resume there. Regards.
