I really dont know the correct price for a 1bhk in banagalore. I saw few fully furnished newly built ones for 26K in marathalli but i felt the rent is too high. So considering a range of 22k max.
I have no such criteria that the house has to be a new one but yeah. Whatever fits in the budget
