House hunting woes
What’s with the city’s renters and agents?! They want a 9 month lockin period, 2 months notice and also 10x security deposit!!! This on top of bloated rentals for shittiest properties. I’m almost thinking of dropping the idea of finding a nice house here

Don’t get it in a prominent location or one that’s famous
Look a little bit far (2-3) kms from that area and you’ll get good places
But yeah, I feel you. Took almost 2 months to find a good place
I’m looking in places like Kadugodi and also away from metro line

Sharing wealth is not a problem, that’s why ready to agree to almost double the rent for the same size of flat im currently staying in - in Chennai. Its the other idiotic terms and conditions that I’ve never heard before
