If a company going bankrupt, it means it’s closing down

Isn't chapter 11 bankruptcy different?  
 Most of the companies to which Avaya owed money are not stake holders of the business. Why would they do that knowing that the company is closing down?

Their products mainly include customer service stuff which is slowly going to be eaten by AI. 

They are still hiring for freshers and senior techs. Anybody knows what's happening at Avaya?

I have 6 months of internship and 6 months of full time experience in the same company.

Mostly looking for backend developer jobs in Java and Spring. Since I worked on this stack. 

since it was my first job that too campus placement, I have some noob questions about the job switch 

- Can I find a good paying job as a fresher java developer ? (my previous base was 14LPA)

- How should I go about applying. which sites or methods to use 

- what is the order of importance in (refral, resume, cold mailing, LinkedIn, direct applying on career site)

[Laid off] looking for a fresher backend job

I am a final year student and will be graduating in may and I am now confused because I have been doing internships now for more than a year, first internship was of 6 months as an backend developer and now second internship is still going on and this March 3 I will complete 8 months here as an ML Intern, and now my current company which is a startup has told that they will think about my PPO when they will raise series A in April may and they have hired many senior engineers and have expanded the than to size of 40 and now I have got an another intern position at an YC startup, so what should I do, should I join there as an intern considering the stipend is same which is ₹45k  per month and it is also remote but the problem is I will be graduating and I don't have a full time offer, I do have skills but still not having an full time offer bugs me, what should I do please? give some advice.

BTW I got an email saying they wanna reconnect and see if there are any opportunities which interests me!! 
Last time I was there they totally froze hiring and I guess till now two hike cycles are skipped😗 I believe most of the people are frustrated and looking for better opportunities..

Can anyone help me with a sde or frontend or backend developer role I'm a 2024 passout worked in a startup for 10 months. Here's my skillset C,c++,Java, Javascript,Nodejs, SQL, python , a little bit of react, 
I mostly worked on list views, redirection , data modelling using mongoose 
I worked on a project where the pharama companies can request their new license or renewal their expired license seems easy but need to pass through various checks including government and different users so how to handle all these were too hectic 
So please anyone who is ok to refer me with a decent package is appreciated.
