What is the current state of Jupiter, I have heard a lot of people from higher position resigning.
Pms are being fired that just joined recently, from Dunzo and from Swiggy.

A lot of people being laid off. 
Poor or no hike and not even deserving people got the promotion.

Their credit cards were seem just a scam.
Just burned of the funding in vain.
Data leak and privacy is a major issue.

I have heard wrong people are given the decision making power here.

Will it be worth if someone join Jupiter now for at least next 1 year ?
or just a miserable startup that just failed.

Okay but seriously though, my friend who works at a startup, is also in a freelancing company (all remote). He asked me to contact my ex company for a possible referral....and that he's actively looking for a 3rd job.

I mean work wise, I'm pretty sure he's using AI tools to work on 2 (now possibly 3) jobs. But won't companies find out, based on his form 16 (I'm kind of a newbie on taxation)? How do companies not realise this or is it that companies can't really find out (?)

Explain in detail how to pull this off :3

This is an L take for someone who works at Google
It is supremely obvious that SWEs are about to enter the golden era of Software Engineering. We are easily foreseeing 2x-2.5x improvement in developer productivity rate. You should go touch some grass or else you will end up becoming PM guru who shills substandard-courses to poor kids.

I recently got an offer from Dunzo so I resigned from my current company and was serving my notice period. 3 weeks after resigning , Dunzo called and rescinded the offer.

Kya g***** log hai mc, nahi hai gotay to hiring kyun karte ho, playing with people's lives. People should en masse avoid them until they raise funds.  
  
 Also for safety @Coulson595 - ask existing company if you can be retained. You'll be stuck for 6 months minimum and thoda ijaat jayega, but papi pet et al. If they don't agree, get on the immediate joiner gravy train asap.
