How difficult can it be to get your resume viewed by the recuitor?
Have applied for more than 800 roles at approximately 650+ companies in the past 6 months. Yet no reply. What possibly can be wrong? A rejection response would also help an applicant feel heard!
This is because there is more supply than demand. And also very few companies have a policy to give feedback to candidates or they don't have an automated system to shoot rejection mails or they don't have HR staff or too little time to go through each application. You have to make an extra effort to be seen and stand out, making a good presentation of your past work or experience apart from just a regular resume.
